Every February, the world turns a little more red—not just for Valentine’s Day, but for Heart Health Month, a time dedicated to bringing women’s heart health to the forefront.
Heart Health Month is a powerful reminder that caring for our hearts is not just a medical concern—it’s a lifelong investment in women’s wellbeing. Though it often goes unnoticed, heart disease remains one of the most significant health issues affecting women today. Yet with awareness, early action, and supportive habits, most heart-related problems are preventable.
Heart Health Month isn’t just about four weeks in February—it’s a movement designed to remind women that their hearts deserve care, time, and intention. When women take steps to protect their heart health, they strengthen not just their lives, but their families and communities as well.
