9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don’t survive. Most of the time, it’s because no one nearby performed CPR. But together, we can help change that.

Heart health also hits especially close to home in our community. Nearly 6 in 10 Black adults in the United States have high blood pressure, one of the leading risk factors for heart disease and stroke. Black Americans are also more likely to die from major heart and blood vessel diseases than the U.S. population overall.

We’re once again joining the Tampa Bay Heart Walk to support healthier hearts, honor loved ones, celebrate survivors, and help fund lifesaving research, CPR education, and resources for our community.
