My Mother, Kathleen, had her first heart attack at only 48 years old and two short years later, she passed away from Heart Disease. I'm walking in memory of my beautiful Mother, family members and precious friends lost to heart disease or stroke. I'm walking in honor of my family with the hope that they will live a long and heart-healthy life. Together, we can make healthier, longer lives possible for everyone.
