I walk because I have several people, who I love very dearly, that have been affected by Heart Attacks, Heart Disease and/or Stroke. My dad being one of them. He had his first Heart Attack at 38 years old and had no clue he was having one. He thought he had "Tennis Elbow" until a doctor figured out that he in fact was having a heart attack. He is now a survivor of multiple Heart Attacks and a triple bypass. So for him and others, I choose to Walk, donate and learn what I can with the AHA.
I know the research is needed to help people like him and everyone else live longer lives.
Help me reach my goal today!
