I walk for my daughter Adalynn. At 9 months old she was diagnosed with Atrial Septal Defect. That day changed our lives forever. Although her condition could be more serious, we still take it very seriously. She had successful open heart surgery March 16, 2020. We hope that was the only surgery, but you never know with these types of things.We walk because some people can't. We walk to help everyone learn about heart conditions. We walk because despite Adalynn having a heart condition it does not slow her down. We walk for every person who battles every single day, and for those who could have lost the battle. We walk for heart warriors.
