Life is precious. Live each moment as if it is your last. We have heard this many times. Do we actually live it. We celebrated my Mom's 93rd in June of 2024. She has HBP, but otherwise is very healthy. Make sure you enjoy your time with your family. You never know when heart related disease will impact your loved ones.
