2024 - a friend younger than me died suddenly of a heart attack
2024 – a friend passed away after a tear in his heart
2023 - I lost my father-in-law suddenly after massive heart attack
2023 - my cousin's 45 yr old husband had bypass surgery due to a heart condition
2023 - I lost a friend unexpectedly to cardiac arrest
2021 - I lost a dear friend unexpectedly due to a heart condition
2021 – my uncle had double bypass surgery
2020 – a dear friend suffered a heart attack & had bypass surgery
2019 - my cousin's 7 year old son was diagnosed with a hole in his heart & other heart issues
2019 – my grandmother-in-law had a pacemaker implanted
2019 - my dad had 99% blockage & had a stent inserted
2017 - my 46 yr old marathon-running friend went into full cardiac arrest
2013 - my cousin's daughter was born at 28 weeks with a hole in her heart
2012 & 2016 - I lost 2 grandmothers due to strokes
