
Improving your health can start with something as simple as taking a walk. Just a short, brisk walk will create movement in your day putting you on the path to live a long, healthy life.
Our family loves to walk & ride bikes, but I am working on consistency and intentional movement that builds habits. I hope to lead an example worth following for my 6-year old and 4-year old. They watch us exercise, and want to participate in the activity, too!
And I know I'm making a difference in the lives of Triangle residents by participating in the Heart Walk, too.
