Personally, I work out to feel good in my body- to feel strong, to feel energized, to feel connected with my body, to feel at my most focused, to sleep better, to feel ready to protect myself if needed, to have more self-awareness. I walk for AHA because I know that I’m making a difference in someone’s life, so they might be able to employ their own reasons for working out. And when combined with a million other Heart Walk Heroes across the nation, we have an even greater impact toward curing heart disease and stroke. Will you be a Heart Walk Hero with me?
