Help me be a Heart Walk Hero!
There is a history of heart disease in my family. My mother died of a heart attack, but had life saving bypass surgery 16 years before her death. My brother suffered a heart attack on August 5th of this year and had two stints put in so he is now better, but the more importantly, my five year old cousin Dylan Nettles has been in Children's Healthcare of Atlanta for the past nine months waiting for a heart transplant.
