We're all tied to heart disease and stroke in some way. We have to change that. Will you help me?
Will you please help me save lives? I don't often ask anything of anyone, but many of you know I lost my father and grandfather to Heart disease years ago, and in the early 2000's, my good friend and boss at the time lost his daughter.
I am trying to raise money for lifesaving research + participating in my event. If you can, please donate to my efforts, and your heart will swell knowing you did a lot of good today! I try to help all of you out when asked, and I am asking for you to help this worthwhile cause today. Heck, with my family history, I may need it too.
