You’re probably wondering why is cake my profile picture for 2023 Heart Walk.
The picture is from last Summer when we celebrated my brothers 60th Birthday in my home country Slovakia.
March 13, 2023 I got a call from my sister that my brother passed away in his sleep of massive MI.
I have been participating in walking for over 5 years and been involved with the fundraisers. This year is different. This year it’s personal.
Saving and improving lives can be as simple as taking a walk. And I know I'm making a difference in the lives of others by participating in the Heart Walk.
