2020 Lowcountry Heart Walk
Team Lily
Our heart hero, Lily Shomo, was born with a heart defect called a VSD. She's been a big fighter in a tiny package ever since and has overcome many challenges. This 8 year old is super smart, caring and fun and she wants to do her part to help other heart heros live happy and full lives. Lily has been a top walker for several years in the AHA's Lowcountry Heart Walk and would love your support in 2020!
