I walk for my family, those that came before me and for my sons. With an ongoing battle with Heart Disease, each generation has made it a little farther and I hope my boys never have to worry about the things we have faced so far.

Three years ago I listened to my body and saw a doctor - unfortunately I needed open heart surgery, but I feel better today than I have since I was a child.
