❤In 2019, our neighborhood decided to create a heartwalk group. As a survivor, the health of our community meant a lot to me. I wanted to raise my children in a place where they could see that being healthy and active is fun! So we decided to make a neighborhood fitness group after that and I trained to become a fitness trainer and got our group crushing the fitness journey. Every year, we continue to participate in the even that drew us together, the Heartwalk.
