To be honest, I never really thought about the Heart Walk.  I knew it existed but didn't have a reason to get involved.  My father recently suffered from sudden cardiac arrest, after experiencing 3 minor heart attacks that were undiagnosed and untreated for who know how long.  I walk because I want people to be educated about heart health and feel comfortable asking questions and seeking help.  I want to be be someone's Heart Walk Hero and this journey would be better with the help of other Heros.   Will you be a Heart Walk Hero with me?
