Adam's Angels (in honor of Adam Yanckowitz)
Adam Yanckowitz was a dedicated husband, father, son, brother, and caregiver at Cleveland Clinic in Weston, FL. His hospitalization for a massive heart attack on March 28th and subsequent death while waiting to be listed for a heart transplant on April 6th has left those who loved him feeling lost, lonely, and in shock. We remember and honor the man he was through events like this where we can hopefully impact heart research and education for future generations.
