On Monday, January 2nd 2023, our friend Alyssa had a massive heart attack at the age of 34. After recognizing the warning signs in her living room, she took action and drove herself to the hospital for immediate care. Alyssa went into cardiac arrest requiring CPR and advance life support.  Due to the fast reponse and excellent team work from nurses and doctors, she regained a pulse and transferred to the cath lab.  

Alyssa received 2 stents in her LAD (widowmaker) and was transferred to the cardiac unit where she received incredible care for 5 days. On January 7th, Alyssa walked out of the hospital and returned home to her family, friends and beloved FRED. 

Alyssa is recovering amazingly with the help of her family, friends, and instagram stories. We are excited to see how much stronger Alyssa continues to grow and educate others to LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.
