Dear colleagues, family, and friends,

We share much in common including our motivation to improve the cardiovascular health.  We demonstrate our goal of improving cardiovascular health through patient care, research, education, and advocacy.  The American Heart Association leads the way in these endeavors providing a local, national, and international platform through which we can make an impact.
