Rooted in the foundation of helping others, the Rooted Hearts team is coming together to honor and celebrate two of our own team members, Curtis & Cedric, who have both faced the scary moment of heart complications.

Thankfully both reacted quickly and sought medical attention.  With quick acting doctors, great medical staff and the love and support of family and friends, both Curtis & Cedric are here with us today.  

We walk in the 2024 American Heart Association Heart Walk to celebrate and inspire heart health, educating our communities about healthy eating, healthy lifestyles and to bring awareness around the importance of truly listening to your heart.
