Welcome to Ultimate Medical Academy’s Shared Services team page for the Nov. 16 American Heart Association (AHA) Tampa Bay Heart Walk. We are working to fundraise and educate communities on the importance of heart health. 

This is the second year UMA is running its yearlong “Start With Your Heart” initiative, which includes the Heart Walk. Last year, we raised $41,500 for the walk. With April Neumann, Executive Vice President of Workforce Transformation and a 2024 Heart Walk Executive Cabinet member, leading the charge, we hope to raise even more in 2024. 

UMA’s “Start With Your Heart” initiative has helped educate and support communities, with over 630 team members attending the AHA’s Hands-Only CPR sessions. We also donated 200 provider manuals to the Tampa Family Health Centers’ Education team, supporting its community CPR credentialing program.  
 
Join our efforts to fundraise and support the AHA’s communities through professional training, community education, and research funding. Together we can equip and empower our communities to take charge of their heart health!
