I will be doing a event for the American Heart Association.
Saturday, September 23 I will be walking at the DuPage County Fairgrounds.
Unfortunately my family, myself included, have had our fair share of heart related issues. My husband in February 2020 had a heart attack. My Father had a stroke in May 2020. A good friend had a heart attack as well in 2020. My Mom, who passed away in 2020, had many heart problems. As well as other family members over the years.
I am currently dealing with high blood pressure. Even after losing 60 pounds since October 2020. It still remains high.
So there for I walk.
