My mom has had recent cardiac issues and had a stent put in a couple of years ago. My grandpa had multiple heart attacks and a stroke. My husband has cardiovascular family history as well. Just like me, I'm sure your family has been affected by cardiac issues, maybe even just high blood pressure.
As part of my company's 20th year of being in Nebraska, we are participating in the Heart Walk. Right now there are 47 other companies across the city with teams participating, too!
