I am walking so that I can keep up with my 7 yr old grandson Aidan. I am also walking in behalf of my dad Don, my father-in-law Bob, and my uncle Bob who all died of heart disease. I have made life style changes in my family's diet so that we all may live a longer, healthier life. My hope is that you will do the same.
