We walk not just for those who have overcome these challenges but also for those who are still on their journey. Every step we take represents a commitment to support groundbreaking research, education, and community programs that help create a world free of heart disease and stroke.

Why We Walk:

• In Memory: We walk in memory of loved ones who have been impacted by heart disease, honoring their strength and legacy. This year I am personally walking in memory of Arthur Sweeten.   Our beloved Talent acquisition specialist Lisa Sweeten lost her husband who passed away on March 22, 2025 at the age of 62. As we come together for the American Heart Association Heart Walk, I invite all HR team members to join me in dedicating this walk to Arthur's memory and in support of Lisa during this difficult time. Let us walk together, not only to raise awareness for heart health but also to offer our collective prayers and condolences to Lisa and her family.
