Born and raised in MN, I have had the luxury of being surrounded by a community that supports and promotes heart health.

 

That’s why I have made the commitment to serve on the Executive Leadership Team of their Heart Challenge campaign. This cause is near and dear to my heart as many of you know - I am a congenital heart disease survivor and heart health has been an everyday thought in my life. I would not be standing here today without the amazing health care community around me in Minnesota.

 

As the AHA embarks on its Second Century, it's time to unite, take action, and save lives. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone. ​
