I walk because I know that with every step, I’m making a difference in someone’s life, like our four year old daughter Kendra who has Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. 1 in 3,841 babies are born in the US each year with HLHS . Kendra has undergone three open heart surgeries and several cardiac cath procedures.
