I'm excited to be participating in the Cincinnati Heart Mini Marathon and Walk this year!
Our family has directly experiend both heart and stroke incidents. We have a greater appreciation for the groundbreaking research that literally keeps hearts beating and helps people have longer, healthier lives. This is me doing my small part to create awareness and support.
Any donation to help the American Heart and Stroke Assocations is greatly appreciated, but I really hope you'll join me at the event on March 17! You'll find me racing in the 5k run, walking with family during the 5k Walk and cheering on friends and family during the 15k and half marathon.
