Walking for Anita: Honoring a Life of Compassion and Courage
This year, I’m participating in the Heart Walk in memory of someone who brought light and love to everyone around her—Anita Elena Vohar.
Anita passed away in October 2024 at just 52 years old, after a brave battle with illness. To honor Anita’s memory and support the fight against heart disease, I’m walking and fundraising to help advance research, education, and support for those affected by cardiovascular conditions.
Every step I take is for Anita —her loving family, who carry her spirit forward every day—and for the countless others whose lives are touched by heart disease. Thank you for supporting this cause and helping keep Anita’s legacy of love and care alive.
