The Keystone team is excited to participate in the 2025 Kalamazoo Heart Walk and fundraising efforts led by the American Heart Association which funds lifesaving research that leads to medical breakthroughs related to heart disease and stroke. This event is special to us as we are dedicating our efforts in memory of our dear friend and colleague, Joe Saulnier, who unexpectedly passed away in July 2024.
Joe was extremely dedicated to health and wellness and devoted much of his time to building and creating a healthy lifestyle. We think he would have really enjoyed being involved with this cause! The Heart Walk is on October 25th at Kalamazoo Growlers Ballpark.
9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die. In most of those cases, bystander CPR was not performed. But we can change this.
Cardiac arrests happen at work, in homes, on athletic fields and in neighborhoods everywhere, and the readiness of our community can be the difference between life and death.
It's time to unite, take action, and save lives. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone.
I Walk to Save Lives. Help me reach my goal today by joining our team or donating towards our goal. Together, we can turn bystanders into lifesavers.
