Team242 rides in memory of David Browne, a friend we lost much too early from heart disease. David and I both graduated from Beloit College, as did many of our team members. I have been able to ride with Team242 three times, though this year, I'll be riding "remotely" while Camp242 rides in northern Wisconsin. A few years ago, my dad suffered a heart attack (He's recovering well, thankfully!), which has made my connection to Team242 and the AHA even more personal.
