Hey everyone, it's me The1FarrahaUknow and I survived a near fatal stroke and open heart surgery in May 2024 and just recently January 8 2026 I survived a second near fatal stroke, this time with temporary paralysis. Again I recovered, I am fortunately blessed to still be alive!
9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die. In most of those cases, bystander CPR was not performed. But we can change this. Cardiac arrests happen at work, in homes, on athletic fields and in neighborhoods everywhere, and the readiness of our community can be the difference between life and death.
Survived 2x VS my irregular heartbeat and a tumor in my left atrial of my heart. My heart journey was not the usual, as a non-smoker & non-drinker, I found out even stress can cause a cardiac arrest.
I plan to tell others of my heart journey, to share the message of stroke recovery not only that but I will join the fight to bring awareness to heart disease and heart health.
