In mid-February, I suffered a small stroke. Due to excellent care, follow-up and a little luck, I've recovered remarkably well. Mine was a cryptogenic stroke, meaning that, as with about 1/3 of all strokes, they don't know specifically what caused it. That means we have more work to do to find out about preventing and treating stroke.
It's time to unite, take action, and save lives. Every dollar donated, means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone. Together, we can turn bystanders into lifesavers.
