My name is Tabiana and I am 1 years old. I am a Congenital Heart Disease Survivor. When I was 3 months old my mommy and daddy found out I had a large asd and vsd. I had open heart surgery to repair my tiny heart. There are so many other babies children and adults who suffer just like me.
