9 out of 10 people who suffer a cardiac arrest outside of the hospital don’t survive. In most cases, bystander CPR wasn’t started in time. That’s a reality we can’t ignore—but it’s also something we have the power to change.

Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere—at work, at home, on the job site, at practice, or right in our own neighborhoods. And in those first critical minutes, the people closest are the difference between life and death.

We show up every day to build, fix, and serve—but this walk is about something even bigger: saving lives outside of work. Every step we take and every dollar raised helps fund CPR training, lifesaving research, and programs that prepare more people to act when it matters most.
