This Team is raising funds in honor of Betsy Michelli and her Summa Health LVAD Team. She fought with everything she had to overcome her heart disease. There were days won and days when winning seemed impossible. She never gave up. Her love for her family and her team never waivered and kept her going.  If we were okay she was okay. As we honor her and her family let us keep her spirit of joy and tenacity with us. We adore you Betsy and we're going to pick ourselves up and keep going for you.

9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital die. In most of those cases, bystander CPR was not performed. But we can change this.

 

Cardiac arrests happen at work, in homes, on athletic fields and in neighborhoods everywhere, and the readiness of our community can be the difference between life and death.
