I Walk to Save Lives
This cause is deeply personal to me.
I walk in honor of my grandpa, who is no longer with us, but whose life and legacy continue to shape our family. His story is one of the many reminders of how fragile life can be - and how critical it is to act fast when a medical emergency strikes.
I also walk for my Uncle Kyle - who is like a brother to me - who has survived a stroke and continues to navigate life with atrial fibrillation. Watching someone you love face these challenges changes you. It makes the statistics real. It makes the mission urgent.
Did you know that 9 out of 10 people who suffer a cardiac arrest outside of a hospital don't survive, often because CPR isn't started in time? Cardiac emergencies don't happen "somewhere else." They happen at home, at work, on the field, and in our neighborhoods - to people we love.
Over the last 5 years, our community has raised more than $33,000 to support lifesaving CPR training, critical research, and real moments where lives are saved. That impact matters. It saves families from heartbreak.
Every step we take and every dollar donated helps turn bystanders into lifesavers.
Join me - walk, lead a team, donate, or invite your friends and family.
Together, we can take action and help save lives when it matters most.
