On average, someone in the US dies of cardiovascular disease every 34 seconds. That is 2,510 US deaths per day. And someone in the US dies of a stroke every 3 minutes and 14 seconds. That is 448 US deaths from stroke per day. I am grateful for the front line workers who have been there for us the last few years.
This isn't just about CPR and heart attacks. This is about heart disease, stroke, etc.
Did you know that diabetes or prediabetes affects over half of US adults?
It's time to unite, take action, and save lives. Every dollar donated, means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone. Together, we can turn bystanders into lifesavers.
I Walk to Save Lives. I walk for my family, my friends and my patients. Help me reach my goal today.
