Forever in Our Hearts was created to remember and honor the lives lost to heart disease — and to give all of us a place to walk together in their memory.

This team is for everyone who has lost a loved one, a friend, a colleague, or someone who left a lasting mark on their life. We walk in remembrance of Cody Lee, Don Robertson, and the many, many others who have been taken by this disease. Their names and stories matter, and they deserve to be remembered.

Heart disease does not discriminate. It affects people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life — often when we least expect it. For those of us who work in and around cardiology, this cause hits especially close to home, but this team extends far beyond our roles or titles. It’s about people. It’s about connection. And it’s about honoring the hearts that brought us together.
