2026 Twin Cities Heart Walk
M Health Fairview APRNs/PAs
Every day across the M Health Fairview system, nearly 1,400 PAs and APRNs and walk into hospitals, clinics, emergency departments, ORs, and community settings with a shared purpose: to make health happen. For us, heart disease and stroke are not just statistics. They are the patients we care for at the bedside, the families we comfort in moments of uncertainty, and the lives we work tirelessly to protect. We see firsthand the impact cardiovascular disease has on our communitiesm and the difference prevention, research, and timely care can make.
That is why our Advanced Practice Provider community proudly supports the American Heart Association Twin Cities Heart Walk. Walking together is a reflection of the values that guide our work every day. APPs play a vital role in caring for patients across the continuum of cardiovascular health - from prevention and education to acute care and long-term recovery. But we also know that the work of improving heart health extends beyond the walls of our clinics and hospitals. Supporting the American Heart Association helps drive research, education, and community programs that save lives every day.
When we walk, we walk for our patients. We walk for the families who trust us with their care. And, we walk for healthier communities across Minnesota.
Together, we are proud to stand with the American Heart Association and our community partners to keep moving toward a future with longer, healthier lives for everyone. Because at M Health Fairview, making health happen means showing up - in our clinics, in our communities, and on the path toward better heart health.
