In loving memory of my brother-in-law Mike, sharing his story with a heavy heart and deep gratitude for the time we had with him. 

Mike passed away on March 25, 2026, after a courageous and hard-fought battle with severe heart complications. Despite the tireless efforts of his medical teams and weeks of intensive care, Mike faced overwhelimng challenges, including advanced heart failure affecting both sides of his heart, declining organ function, and complete dependence on lifesustaining support. 

Throughout it all, Mike showed incredible strength and resilience. He fought with everything he had, supported every step of the way by the love of his family and friends. 

Mike's journey highlights the critical need for continued research, innovaton, and support for those battling heart disease- the leading cause of death worldwide. In his honor, we are raising funds for the American Heart Association to help advance lifesaving treatments, improve patient outcomes,and bring hope to families facing similar battles.
