Congenital heart disease has impacted my life from the very beginning. At 27 weeks pregnant, my parents found I would be born with complex congenital heart defects. I have underwent 8 heart surgeries including 3 open hearts.  

 

I participate in a Heart Walk every year to help advocate for heart disease and the permanent impact it has on my life. My mission in every day life is to show up and spread awareness. I challenge you to never take life for granted.
