As a Heart Transplant Coordinator, I stand beside patients and families during some of the most vulnerable, life-altering moments of their lives. Every day, I witness extraordinary courage - individuals waiting for a second chance at life, families holding onto hope, and donor families making selfless decisions that turn tragedy into life-saving miracles. My role is to guide patients through the complex transplant journey ensuring they never feel alone in the process.

Behind every transplant journey is a story of resilience. The journey to a new heart is not just medical -- its emotional and financial. My work has shown me that the best transplant is often one that never has to happen. That is why I am passionate about raising funds for the American Heart Association, research, education, and preventative heart care initiatives. 

I am raising funds to support all heart patients and their families, and to give them a chance at tomorrow.
