I will be participating in the American Heart Association Heart Mini 5K race this year in memory of my Dad. My dad had a sudden heart attack and passed away in May of 2016. I want to run this race to honor him and the last 10 years by raising money to help prevent the next heart attack of someone we love.
It's time to unite, take action, and save lives. Every dollar donated, means more people trained in lifesaving CPR, more research and more lifesaving moments for everyone. Together, we can turn bystanders into lifesavers.
