Each year, our Cincinnati R&D organization shows up in a meaningful way for HeartWalk, and I’m proud of the commitment and leadership I see across our teams. This effort directly supports the AHA’s mission to build a Nation of Lifesavers—ensuring more people are trained and confident to perform HandsOnly CPR. Today, 65% of people still lack this lifesaving skill, and together, we can help change that.

Our Hand Held R&D organization has made an impact.  Last year, 34 R&D colleagues participated, representing about 18% of our overall R&D team—a strong showing to build upon.  This year, I’d like us to aim even higher.  Our goal is 60 participants from Hand Held R&D—an ambitious goal, but one I know is achievable given the passion and teamwork across this organization.

• $60,000 raised for the American Heart Association
  (Last year, we raised over $53,000—let’s build on that success.)
