Heart disease has always felt close to home for me.
It runs in my family, and because of that, it’s something I’ve been aware of for a long time. It’s not just a statistic or something you hear about in passing. It’s real, and it impacts people I love.
That’s why this cause matters so much to me.
It’s about being proactive. It’s about awareness. It’s about doing what we can now to make a difference for ourselves and for each other.
One of the things I appreciate most about Team MI-IN-OH is how much we truly care about one another. We don’t just show up to work. We support each other. We pay attention. We step in when it matters.
That same mindset is what the Heart Walk is all about.
Every step we take and every dollar we raise helps fund research, improve education, and give more people a chance at healthier lives.
For me, this is personal.
I’m asking you to join me and AFO Team MI-IN-OH by signing up or donating to the Heartbeat of the Midwest team.
Because what we do today really can make a difference for tomorrow.
