As many of you already are aware, I walk annually in the AHA Heart Walk for my best-friend and my nephew. Unfortunately, I lost my heart survivor and first ever best-friend, My Granny (Shirley, RN),the day before the AHA Heart Walk 2023. My 1st nephew, Dylan, is also a Heart Warrior as a result of an unknown congential defect found in 2020 and is going to be going into his Sophomore year in HS this upcoming school year. 

In a heartbeat, you could be the difference.

9 out of 10 people who suffer cardiac arrest outside the hospital don’t survive. Most of the time, it’s because no one nearby performed CPR. But together, we can change that.
