In a heartbeat, you could be the difference.
I'm walking for three reasons
1) In membory of Amy Carlile (her picture is below), a dear colleague that battled heart disease for many years. She was passionate about cardiovascular research and found a home as the adminsitrative assistant for the cardiovascular research team. She is deeply missed.
2) The research conducted at the Indiana University School of Medicine Cardiovascular Imaging Research Center, where I dedicate my time and energy in advancing cardiovascular health
3) Heart disease remains the number one killer in the United States, impacting everyone we know - family, friends, colleagues.
Extraordinary things happen when people take action. Every walker who joins, every dollar donated, means more funds dedicated to education and research that can save lives.
Join me by donating - every dollar makes a difference.
