In a heartbeat, you could be the difference.

Did you know that you don't have to kiss a stranger in order to save their life?

I didn't either, until a few weeks ago, when I attended American Heart Association CPR training. 

I learned that hands-only CPR can be just as effective as conventional CPR. You know, the one where you have to get VERY close to someone who you may have never met in your life.

Or your friend. Or your dad. Or your boss.

God, please don't let it be your boss. 

And that's a very real possibility, because 14% of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests happen in the workplace, which means being a "team player" could, in a very literal sense, mean keeping your coworker alive.
