This Year, I Walk to Save Lives
I’m honored and thrilled to be fundraising for the American Heart Association in memory of my father, who passed away from congestive heart failure.
His loss is a constant reminder of how deeply heart disease impacts not only individuals, but entire families. With heart problems also running in my family, this cause is especially personal to me.
As a teenager, I was diagnosed with a heart murmur, which made me even more aware of the importance of taking care of our hearts and learning about heart health.
This year, every step I take is for my father.
Every step is for those living with heart disease. Every step is for families who have experienced the pain of losing someone they love. And every step represents hope for a healthier future.
Walking is my way of honoring my father's legacy while supporting the American Heart Association's efforts in research, education, awareness, and lifesaving work.
I walk in his memory.
I walk for heart health.
I walk to save lives.
I invite you to join me in this important cause. Whether you donate, share my fundraiser, or simply help spread awareness, every contribution and every step makes a difference.
Together, we can honor those we've lost, support those fighting today, and help create a healthier tomorrow.
Help me make every step count!
